Our online programs are available for students from Pre-Classes to Matric level. Parents or guardians must complete the registration and provide accurate information for student enrollment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if false information is provided.

Upon successful registration and fee payment, students gain access to live classes, recorded sessions, and study materials through our Learning Management System (LMS). Access credentials are non-transferable and must be kept secure by the student or parent.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees paid for enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable. ICPA Islamic may modify fee structures or policies as required, and such updates will be communicated through official channels.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect during online sessions. Misuse of the platform, inappropriate behavior, or sharing of class links without authorization may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson videos, and resources provided through our platform are the intellectual property of ICPA Islamic. Copying, redistributing, or reproducing this content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access or misuse of data.

8. Platform Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous access to our online platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to restore service as soon as possible.

ICPA Islamic will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delays, interruptions, or data loss caused by system failures, network errors, or misuse of credentials.
